Training Program 2025/26
Regional Squads
Regional Squads are designed to keep our Feva sailors sailing locally as much as possible. There will be a dedicated lead coach per region to help sailors improve on their skills through the training season. To sign up to Squad training in your region we ask that sailors have RYA stage 4 qualification or equivalent. Please contact use if you have any questions.
To help with planning and costs we ask sailors to sign up to all four weekends in their region by the 5th September. If you are interested in signing up please email chrissie@rsfeva.org.uk . You can also speak to you regional coach and class representative to find out more. Our National Class Coach Duncan West can also be contacted at training@rsfeva.org.uk.
There will be five regions within England which will include the North, Midlands, South West, South, the London & South East and East region will be combined for Squad training. Regions may have one training weekend that it combined with another region providing the chance to train in larger groups.

Regional Open Training

We aim to have two sessions per six regions in England to include: The North, Midlands, South West, South, London & South East and East. Feva Sailors from Home Countries, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland please contact your regional representative for further details of activity in your region.
NTCR – National Training Coached Regatta
We have two National training weekends, open to all class members, this is an ideal opportunity to train and race in larger fleets, it’s great preparation towards our Grand Prix’s and Nationals. You can find the venues and dates on our event calendar.
Our class training is supported by RYA (British Sailing), their support helps us to provide quality training at a reasonable price.
