The UK RS Feva Class is looking to appoint an experienced Administrator to support the day-to-day management of the Class Association.
Reporting to the Class Chairperson, you will liaise with sailors, parents, committee members, coaches, clubs, The International Class Association, RS Sailing, the RYA and other stakeholders in the overall administration of the class.
 
 
You will be responsible for organising class training camps, the annual racing calendar, managing membership activities, liaising with the International Class Association, RYA, supporting the Class Treasurer and providing general administrative support as required.
 
The role is mainly home based; the class Administrator is expected to attend and support the management of a small number of the class events, notably the National and Inland Championships.
 
The successful applicant will be highly organised, with excellent IT skills and good written and verbal communication skills. They will need to demonstrate the ability to work on their own initiative, prioritise their workload and maintain accuracy under pressure. Knowledge of sailboat racing, specifically the RYA Junior and Youth classes, is desired.
 
Remuneration to be negotiated based upon up to 10 hours per week on a self-employed basis (exact working arrangements, including breaks for holidays, to be discussed with the successful candidate)
